I met an old friend from school whom we went to college together but not that very close. I’m moving abroad for higher studies and incidentally I met him in some interview where he tells me that he is also joining the same course as I am. I was elated and also told that interviewer that if it’s between him and me, I would gladly withdraw my application because he was a much better fit. I’m just not sure if it was some interview or meeting with 3 rd party.
